[Talent Development Initiative] In response to the shortage of highly skilled talents in the die-cutting industry, Yuyao Baoma Printing Equipment Co., Ltd. has joined hands with the Continuing Education College of Zhejiang University of Technology to establish the industry's first "Die-cutting Craftsman College" in [month] 2025. The college has set up three major course modules: tool grinding technology, material stress analysis, and intelligent equipment operation and maintenance. It adopts a "theory + workshop rotation" training model and will recruit 120 students in the first batch.
"Five years of experience is needed to become a mature die-cutting technician," the dean of the college pointed out. "We have developed a VR simulation training system, compressing the core skills training period to 18 months." After passing the assessment, trainees can obtain the national vocational skills level certification. The company has simultaneously established the "Blade Scholarship" to support young people in poverty-stricken areas in their technical studies and contribute to the sustainable development of the industry.
